Disclaimers
These disclaimers explain important limitations concerning BoB HQ™’s software, campaign tools, automated workflows, integrations, templates, and informational resources.
Effective date: September 12, 2026
BoB HQ™ provides business software—not legal, compliance, insurance, financial, tax, accounting, or professional advice. Customers remain responsible for every business, compliance, campaign, and recipient decision.
1. General information
BoB HQ™ is a software platform designed to help businesses organize and warm a book of business, identify potential retention opportunities, manage customer-directed campaigns, connect supported systems, and review campaign activity.
Information presented through the BoB HQ™ website, application, dashboards, templates, help materials, demonstrations, chatbot, support communications, and other resources is provided for general informational and operational purposes.
BoB HQ™ does not independently verify every record, recipient, consent, license, appointment, campaign classification, message, disclosure, policy detail, carrier requirement, or legal obligation.
Customers must independently evaluate their circumstances and obtain advice from qualified professionals when appropriate.
2. No legal or compliance advice
BoB HQ™ is not a law firm and does not provide legal opinions, regulatory interpretations, compliance certifications, or guarantees that a particular campaign, workflow, template, message, audience, or business practice is lawful.
Laws and regulatory requirements vary by jurisdiction, industry, communication technology, message purpose, recipient, product, relationship, consent history, and other circumstances. They may also change over time.
References to statutes, regulations, regulatory agencies, consent, do-not-call requirements, privacy rules, insurance requirements, CMS standards, or industry practices are general information and are not a complete statement of the law.
Customers should consult qualified legal or compliance professionals regarding the laws and requirements applicable to their activities.
3. No insurance, financial, tax, or accounting advice
BoB HQ™ does not recommend, sell, solicit, negotiate, underwrite, or administer insurance, securities, annuities, financial products, health plans, or other regulated products.
BoB HQ™ does not determine whether an insurance product, Medicare plan, financial strategy, annuity, investment, tax position, or other product or service is suitable or appropriate for any person.
Customers are solely responsible for the insurance, financial, retirement, tax, accounting, sales, marketing, and professional guidance they provide to their clients.
Customers must maintain all licenses, appointments, certifications, training, errors-and-omissions coverage, carrier authorizations, and professional qualifications required for their activities.
4. Communications and consent
BoB HQ™ may help customers organize, schedule, and initiate communications, but the customer selects the recipients, supplies or approves the message, determines the purpose, chooses the timing, and authorizes the campaign.
Ringless voicemail and direct-to-voicemail technology may be treated as a call using an artificial or prerecorded voice. Use of this technology may be subject to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Federal Communications Commission rules and orders, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, state telemarketing laws, do-not-call requirements, caller-identification rules, consent standards, recording laws, and other restrictions.
An existing business relationship, possession of a telephone number, prior transaction, previous conversation, or inclusion in a CRM does not automatically establish legally sufficient consent for every communication.
Customers are responsible for:
- Determining the legal classification and purpose of each communication;
- Obtaining and documenting the legally required level of consent;
- Screening applicable do-not-call and suppression lists;
- Honoring revocations, opt-outs, wrong-number reports, and reassigned-number information;
- Providing required identification, disclosures, and opt-out methods;
- Complying with calling-time, frequency, recording, and recordkeeping requirements; and
- Maintaining evidence sufficient to demonstrate compliance.
BoB HQ™ does not guarantee that a campaign labeled informational, transactional, retention, welcome, birthday, quarterly, or otherwise will legally qualify for that classification.
5. Medicare, CMS, insurance carriers, and government agencies
BoB HQ™ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, or sponsored by Medicare, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the United States government, any state department of insurance, or any insurance carrier unless a separate written statement expressly says otherwise.
BoB HQ™ does not file, approve, or certify customer marketing materials, scopes of appointment, scripts, recordings, disclaimers, enrollment materials, benefits information, or carrier communications.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a communication constitutes marketing, communications, educational activity, customer service, retention activity, or another regulated category under CMS, carrier, insurance, or agency rules.
Customers must independently confirm current plan information, benefits, formularies, provider networks, premiums, service areas, eligibility requirements, enrollment periods, disclaimers, and carrier approvals before communicating with a beneficiary or client.
BoB HQ™ does not guarantee that a carrier, agency, regulator, communications provider, or recipient will accept or approve a customer’s campaign or business practice.
6. Templates, automation, and generated outputs
BoB HQ™ may provide templates, suggested workflows, campaign timing, sample scripts, classifications, automated selections, help content, chatbot responses, recommendations, summaries, and other generated or prebuilt outputs.
These outputs are starting points and software aids. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, inappropriate for a particular customer, or inconsistent with a customer’s legal, carrier, contractual, licensing, or professional obligations.
Customers must review and approve every audience, message, recording, template, disclosure, workflow, schedule, integration, and campaign before use.
Automation does not transfer responsibility from the customer to BoB HQ™. Customers remain responsible for monitoring automated activity, correcting inaccurate information, maintaining suppression records, and stopping campaigns that should no longer operate.
BoB HQ™ does not guarantee that automated classifications, recommendations, generated content, or suggested actions are correct, lawful, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
7. Delivery, carrier filtering, and campaign results
BoB HQ™ does not guarantee that any communication will be delivered, played, heard, opened, displayed, transcribed, recorded, synchronized, or attributed correctly.
Communications may be delayed, filtered, rejected, blocked, shortened, misclassified, or otherwise affected by carriers, communications providers, spam-detection systems, recipient devices, voicemail settings, disconnected or reassigned numbers, network conditions, vendor outages, inaccurate data, and circumstances outside BoB HQ™’s control.
Delivery confirmations, call statuses, timestamps, recordings, transcriptions, analytics, and campaign reports may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Customers should independently verify information when it is material to a legal, compliance, insurance, or business decision.
BoB HQ™ does not guarantee any particular response rate, retention rate, renewal rate, appointment volume, sale, revenue increase, profitability, or other campaign or business result.
8. Customer Data and record accuracy
Customers are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, eligibility, lawfulness, and quality of the information they submit, synchronize, select, or direct BoB HQ™ to process.
BoB HQ™ does not independently verify client identities, telephone numbers, email addresses, policy information, consent records, suppression records, licensing information, relationship status, or campaign eligibility.
Imported or synchronized information may be incomplete, duplicated, outdated, incorrectly formatted, or affected by changes made in a connected system. Customers must review their records, correct known errors, maintain appropriate backups, and remove recipients who should not be contacted.
A campaign recommendation, status, reminder, audience selection, or automated classification does not establish that a recipient is legally or commercially eligible to receive a communication.
9. Integrations and third-party services
BoB HQ™ may depend on or connect with third-party services, including CRM platforms, communications providers, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics services, authentication providers, and support tools.
Third-party services are controlled by their respective providers and are subject to their own terms, privacy practices, pricing, security measures, usage limits, and availability.
BoB HQ™ does not control and is not responsible for a third party’s acts or omissions, service interruptions, delivery decisions, security incidents, data handling, pricing changes, account restrictions, feature changes, or termination of service.
References or links to third-party services do not constitute an endorsement, warranty, partnership, or representation that the service is suitable for a customer’s particular needs.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms and requirements of every third-party service they connect to or use with BoB HQ™.
10. Availability, security, and data loss
BoB HQ™ uses reasonable measures designed to maintain the availability and security of the Services. No software, internet connection, telecommunications network, integration, or data-storage system is completely secure or continuously available.
The Services may experience maintenance, errors, delays, interruptions, security events, capacity limitations, compatibility problems, data corruption, or loss. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, vendor changes, product development, or business operations.
Customers are responsible for protecting account credentials, securing their devices and connected systems, limiting user access, reviewing account activity, and maintaining independent copies of information they are required to retain.
BoB HQ™ does not guarantee that Customer Data can always be recovered or restored after deletion, corruption, account termination, a third-party failure, or another loss event.
11. Testimonials, projections, and business outcomes
Testimonials, examples, case studies, demonstrations, illustrations, projections, and hypothetical scenarios describe individual experiences or possible uses of the Services. They do not guarantee that another customer will achieve the same or similar results.
Business outcomes depend on factors outside BoB HQ™’s control, including the customer’s book of business, audience, licensing, carrier relationships, message quality, consent records, campaign decisions, market conditions, follow-up practices, and compliance with applicable requirements.
Any estimates, projections, calculators, dashboards, or performance metrics are provided for informational purposes and may rely on assumptions, incomplete information, or customer-supplied data. Customers should not treat them as promises of revenue, savings, retention, profitability, or future performance.
12. Changes and contact information
BoB HQ™ may update these Disclaimers to reflect changes in the Services, integrations, communications technologies, legal requirements, security practices, vendor relationships, or business operations.
When changes are material, BoB HQ™ will provide reasonable notice through the Services, by email, on the website, or through another appropriate method. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
